Yes! Everything is handmade out of polymer clay and resin by one person.
How long until my order is ready?:
For custom and "made to order" pieces, it could take up to 4 weeks due to the statement above. Those listings will always be labeled so you're aware. A lot of pieces I already have in stock, and will ship out within a few days after you make your purchase.
My order has been lost in the mail. What do I do?:
Your order will get a tracking number. Please contact your post office FIRST with the tracking number. THEN, email me at [email protected]. I'll do my best to get you what you paid for one way or another.
Something arrived broken. Can I get a replacement or a refund?:
I will send you a replacement or refund as soon as I can.
I made the order, but changed my mind. Can I get a refund?:
Once you place your order, unless it's been lost in the mail, no refunds will be given. I am only one person, and that money immediately goes to bills, supplies for your order, and other necessities. So if you make that order, then change your mind 2 weeks later, that could really hurt us artists. Please keep that in mind when ordering.
I want to place a custom order. How do I do that?:
I have a few listings for specific custom orders, but if you don't feel like what you're wanting would fit those listings, please email me at [email protected]. If you're wanting me to make specific charms into another type of jewelry, like earrings, please shoot me an email and we'll get that set up for you as well.
How durable are your pieces?:
Nothing is indestructible. That being said, they are very durable since they're coated in a heavy-duty, shiny, protective glaze or resin. As long as you aren't throwing it against hard surfaces or stepping on it, you should be good!
